Hello
I'm Kadri and I'm a Christian counsellor and psychotherapist who specialises in working with women navigating attachment wounds, shame, and struggles with self-worth shaped by early relational experiences.
About Kadri

Many of the women I work with are thoughtful, capable and deeply caring. They may be active in church, committed in their relationships, and often the person others rely on for support. Yet privately they can feel insecure, emotionally unsettled, or quietly burdened by a sense of “not enough.” Some notice patterns in relationships — over-giving, difficulty trusting, or feeling responsible for keeping things stable — while others feel a distance in their relationship with God that they don’t fully understand.

My work focuses on exploring how early relational experiences shape identity, emotional patterns, relationships, and even one’s experience of faith. Through attachment-focused, trauma-informed therapy, I support clients to develop a greater sense of safety within themselves, build healthier relational patterns, and reconnect with a grounded sense of self-worth.

My approach integrates psychological insight with compassion and curiosity, creating a space where clients can slow down, feel deeply understood, and gently untangle patterns that no longer serve them.
I work particularly with women of Christian faith — wherever they may find themselves in their faith journey — including those who long to experience God as emotionally present and safe, rather than distant or difficult to reach. Over time, many of the women I work with begin to experience a greater sense of security in themselves, in their relationships, and in their experience of God, rather than constantly striving to feel “enough.”

If that resonates, I’d love to hear from you.
