Good nutrition is a key aspect of good health. I strongly believe that understanding how food works in the human body can enable you to optimise your physical and mental well-being. Nutritional therapy is the application of nutrition science in the promotion of health and individual care.
I use a wide range of tools to assess and identify potential nutritional imbalances and understand how these may contribute to your symptoms and health concerns. This approach allows me to work with each person as a unique individual helping support their body towards achieving and maintaining better health. Nutritional therapy is recognised as a complementary medicine.
I am here to listen, educate and provide you with guidance to support you in achieving your health goals. This will enable you to make changes that are long lasting and sustainable. I offer optional CBT-I techniques with every programme (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy for Insomnia) if you have difficulties sleeping, suffer from erratic routine, feel tired all the time and are reaching for the coffee to keep you going, I CAN HELP YOU SLEEP AND FEEL BETTER

My multidisciplinary approach incorporating nutrition, health coaching and CBT-I enables me to support people holistically and at a pace that will be suitable for YOU.
