Hi I'm Nina. I am a qualified coach and Regenerative Alchemy somatic practitioner. I am also the superintendent pharmacist, pharmacy owner, training facilitator and supervisor of an independent pharmacy. 

 

I hold space for people who identify with being caught between cultures and want to reclaim themselves to confidently lead in life in their own way so that they feel more joy and aliveness. I am passionate about coaching people in leadership who want to step into and embody the next level of expansion into their vision.  I work at the level of the nervous system as well as through curiosity and intuition, using various tools and techniques. 

 

The work that we create together powers the embodiment of intentional change. My clients have been able to step further into leadership by cultivating the capacity for deep self-trust, stronger boundary setting, more balance in giving and receiving, more self-nourishment and more confidence in self-expression. 

 

I believe in the power of play, movement, writing, music, nature, supporting each other, slowing down, letting love in and sending love out. I trust in time, pace and space and the unknown unknowns. 

 

My practice is ignited by the belief that the nervous system requires loving awareness to unravel from fear, and that by integration of the mind and body, we can transform self-limiting beliefs into embodied and intentional change.  I do not advise, nor “fix” as I believe that nobody is “broken.” I facilitate transformation through the development of insights and self-awareness required for the change that is required.
