Hi, I'm Sabaenah.


I'm a compassionate mental health professional, dedicated to helping people heal, grow, and find their path to wellness. More than anything else, I facilitate individuals in meeting themselves wherever they are on their journey. I discovered my passion for therapy when I realized how much I enjoyed helping others untangle the complexities of their minds and emotions.


With over seven years of experience, my journey in the mental health field has been both rewarding and inspiring. I believe change happens when individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive shifts in their lives.

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client's unique needs. Clients who get the most out of therapy with me are those who are open to exploring their thoughts and feelings and are ready to work towards their personal goals. I strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can openly discuss their concerns and work toward meaningful change.

One unique aspect of my practice is my diverse experience working with individuals from various cultural backgrounds. This has enriched my understanding and approach to therapy, allowing me to connect deeply with clients from different walks of life. I am deeply inspired by the resilience and courage of my clients, and I am committed to guiding them through their mental health journeys while providing high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapeutic services. To accommodate a broader range of clients, I offer therapy in multiple languages, including English, Urdu, Punjabi, and Hindi.

My main modalities of psychotherapy include Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution-Focused Approach, and Hypnotherapy. These approaches allow me to tailor my therapeutic interventions to best meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a comprehensive and effective treatment plan.

I continue to work on my professional development and learn from the clients I work with, as well as through courses and workshops. This commitment to ongoing learning ensures that I stay current with the latest advancements in psychology and continue to provide the best possible care.

In addition to my work with individual clients, I have experience in clinical and organisational settings, addressing a wide range of psychological conditions. I have also dedicated significant time to promoting mental health literacy and raising awareness about mental health issues. Through various platforms and initiatives, I aim to make mental health support accessible and effective for all.
