Hi, I'm Stacy, and I'm joined here by Luna, my wonderful therapy dog.

Navigating life can be tough, from moments of loneliness and dissatisfaction to the depths of grief, anxiety and depression. If you're feeling stuck in any of these phases, know that I'm here to help guide you through.

As a person-centred counsellor, I believe in your potential to not just cope, but to improve and thrive. My specialisation lies in bereavement, grief and loss counselling, where I've walked alongside many clients, helping them process and normalise their emotions, build resilience and find a way to hold onto cherished memories of their loved one while embracing their new reality.  As an animal lover, I am also acutely aware of the impact of the loss of a beloved pet.  I have helped clients find acceptance of their loss by validating their grief which society, in general, tends to minimalise.

Grief, however, doesn't always stem from losing a loved one. It can emerge from the end of, or conflicts within, relationships, shifts in lifestyle, health changes or job loss.  My role has been to assist clients in acceptance of their new world, navigating conflicts, rediscovering their voice within relationships and alleviating feelings of guilt, shame and anxiety. My purpose is to arm you with effective coping strategies and identify pathways toward a brighter future.

Within a confidential space, you will find safety, devoid of judgment, where you can open-up at your own pace. And then, if requested, there's Luna, my therapy dog, whose calming presence adds a unique dimension to our sessions. Luna provides a sense of grounding and solace, making it easier for you to share even the most challenging thoughts, feelings and emotions.

As a member of the BACP, I'm committed to continual growth and undertake regular supervision to ensure I provide the best possible support.  Whether you prefer in-person sessions, the convenience of online interaction or the intimacy of a phone call, I'm here to accommodate your preferences.

Sessions are 50 minutes long and are priced at £65 in-person or £50, online or by telephone.

When you're ready, let's start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation. Reach out at 07379 278139 or use the contact form below.
