Hello
I'm Zoe, and I am a person-centred therapist who is passionate about mental health and I am dedicated to supporting my clients on their own journeys.
About Zoe
I offer trauma-informed therapy, supporting clients to understand how past experiences can shape thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, and helping them work with these patterns in the present to create a more empowering way forward. Trauma can show up as anxiety, overwhelm, difficulties with relationships, self-criticism, or feeling disconnected from yourself, and my aim is to help you navigate these experiences safely.

I have particular experience supporting clients who have experienced narcissistic or manipulative abuse, helping them recognise patterns, rebuild confidence, set boundaries, and reconnect with their sense of self-worth. I also have a strong focus on relational attachment and difficult family dynamics, helping you to explore how early experiences influence current relationships and patterns.

I work in a flexible, client-led way, using a combination of talking, creative, visual, and somatic approaches. This can include journaling, body-based exercises, or simply exploring your thoughts and feelings at a pace that feels manageable. My approach is gentle, grounding, and tailored to your needs, so therapy can feel accessible rather than overwhelming.

I also have experience working with neurodivergent clients. In our work together, I provide a space where you can feel fully seen, heard, and understood. I support clients in building self-awareness, strengthening coping strategies, and reconnecting with their resilience and inner resources.

Whatever brings you to therapy, you are welcome here. I work collaboratively to find approaches that feel empowering, validating, and healing for my clients.
