I am a person-centred therapist who is passionate about mental health and I am dedicated to supporting my clients on their own journeys.

I have worked with teenagers and adults and will work with whatever my client brings to the sessions. I enjoy working visually and creatively with my clients and this can be a less intense approach for people who struggle with eye contact or engaging in talking therapy. 

I have a passion for breaking the stigma of mental health issues and believe very strongly that the more we speak out the more we can come together and break down those walls! Mental health is just as important as physical health and can be just as debilitating. I can offer a safe, accepting, and empathic space for anyone who is struggling right now. A problem shared is a problem halved.

Neurodivergence in adults and children is an issue that I am particularly passionate about and interested in, and I welcome these clients.
