About Karen

I have been training in person centred counselling for the past seven years and have extensively studied trauma related to childhood sexual abuse.

My approach is grounded in empathy, safety, and empowerment, supporting clients on their journey toward healing. In addition to my counselling work, I am a trustee for If Only charity, which supports adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse. I also work part-time as a professional ice skating coach.

TherapEast offers 12 sessions of counselling at £18 per session, in person in our offices in Barkingside to key workers, and those on benefits and low incomes. Please get in touch to find out more.​
