Hello, I’m Nabila, a therapist with over a decade of experience working with both adults and children. My professional background spans talking and art therapy, and I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of client groups. I have been actively involved in mental health practice through various charities, alongside my ongoing private practice, where I see clients both individually and in groups. My work has enabled me to support clients in navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

In addition to my therapeutic work, I most recently served as a school project manager for an organization that provides therapeutic support to children.

I currently work as a counselling tutor at an adult learning institution, where I guide and support aspiring therapists on their own professional journeys.

A key strength of mine is my cultural competence. I recognize the importance of understanding and respecting diverse cultural backgrounds and am fully aware of how cultural factors can significantly influence an individual’s mental health. I incorporate cultural sensitivity into all aspects of my practice, ensuring that therapy is tailored to the unique cultural contexts, values, and beliefs of each client. I am committed to creating an inclusive therapeutic environment where clients feel understood, accepted, and supported in their journey toward healing.

If you are ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery, healing, and growth, I am here to support you every step of the way. Together, we will work towards achieving your mental well-being and creating a life filled with resilience, fulfillment, and inner peace.
