About You & Me Counselling
Our dedicated team of highly qualified therapists offers culturally sensitive support for all ages and psychological needs. Services include one-to-one counselling as well as family and couples therapy, addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, abuse, trauma, anger management, low self-esteem, bereavement, school and family challenges, self-harm, and phobias.
