My name is Angie and I am a member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a fully qualified Counsellor with a CPCAB Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and a PGCE degree.

I have a private practice in Ongar, and Barkingside, but also offer telephone and online counselling, and am insured to work with all age groups, individuals and couples.

My counselling modality is integrative counselling, combining the skills I have acquired throughout my training and continuing professional development, such as CBT and person centred therapy. I tailor each session to the individual needs of the client.

As a member of the B.A.C.P,  so work with an ethical framework and attend regular clinical supervision to ensure that good practice is maintained. Supervision is a confidential process and I can ensure each session is confidential, non-judgemental and empathetic.

As well as being a therapist I am also a counselling lecturer and examiner. I also complement my counselling skills with other therapies such as Reiki and Reflexology.
