Hello, I’m Rekha – an Integrative Counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
About Rekha
I offer a warm, tailor-made, and solution-focused approach to help individuals navigate a wide range of mental health problems and emotional challenges.
My counselling approach is integrative and client-focused. I draw on Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to create a safe, personalised space for healing. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, stress, depression, low mood, or emotional overwhelm, I will work alongside you to explore your experiences and support meaningful, lasting change.
With a strong foundation in business studies, nutritional health, and mindfulness, I also work as a holistic practitioner, believing that the mind, body, and spirit are deeply interconnected. My work goes beyond addressing surface-level symptoms. I guide clients to connect deeply with themselves, release limiting beliefs, and develop emotional resilience.
Over the years, I’ve supported many individuals in breaking free from negative thought patterns, self-doubt, and emotional blockages. My sessions focus not only on resolving immediate issues but also on helping you develop self-awareness, build self-esteem and self-worth, and gain practical tools to heal from within. My goal is to empower you to make conscious choices that add real value to your life.
